Preparing to Post to THE DISCUSSIONS

This is your first graded online assignment. Hence, things will be done in this ‘discussion’ a bit differently than they will for the rest of the year. This will be a regularly weighted assignment worth 10 points. Let’s see who doesn’t earn the full 10 points, eh?

The rules are rather simple, really, when it comes to posting to discussions.

In addition to agreeing to follow the Student Code of Academic Integrity (READ IT. IT WILL TAKE YOU 5-10  MINUTES.) that you can find on this website, you will also have to follow the rules you create in class to work by in class and at home: your class rules. Those rules apply when you are online doing HW.

When you have to go online to do an assignment you may be directed to an area devoted to your period.

2. Determine what you will say in response. DO this on paper. Get your thoughts  in order (with a main idea sentence, details and elaboration), organized, capitalized and punctuated properly.
