Mr Moshé
Students!! Here is your opportunity to tell your story. Many people get to the end of a part of their lives and regret having not written anything down. Althoguh the chapter I’ll call your middle school years is ending, you don’t have to forget it all. This is your chant, your mantra, your refrain for having, “No Regrets!!!” This project is designed to allow anyone to get a look into your psyche, your way of thinking, your way of being and acting. The product you produce for this should illustrate how you’ve changed, grown throughout your middle school years (or not – but I hope not). Memoirs don’t usually peer into the unknown future, but yours can with predition pages and such.
Check out the project and all that is encompassed by it at the Final Spring Project Page.

Mr Moshé
From this point on, whether you come to my room for 1st, 2nd, 9th, or 4th block we will be doing intensive EOG reading passage preparation.
- Language Arts Classes – EOG preparation
- In class we will be continuing our Holocaust unit of study
- We had been viewing portions of the made for TV production called Anne Frank. If you missed what we saw in class, you can find the entire TV production on YouTube, as well as the entire play version.
- Your job was to take notes while viewing the movie excerpts in order to write a compare/contrast essay discussing the similarities and differences between aspects of the play and the excerpts we saw.
- You can DOUBLE your grade by providing a detailed Double Bubble Map that goes with your essay.
- We will also be using class sets of EOG Preparation resources in our final approach to the EOG test.
- How about some Holocaust current events?
- At home, I suggest you begin with Test-taking Strategies while in class we will be using the following:
- Holocaust related readings with accompanying multiple choice as well as short and extended response questions.
- Never Again
- Altruism
- The Camps
- The Diary
- Anne Frank Test Prep Activity (THANKS Ms. Harkey!!)
- Holocaust & Anne Frank Readings
